Carol Jordan practices from Wayside Surgery in King’s Road, Horley and also from her home in Burstow, Surrey. She offers a variety of services relating to the field of complementary medicine, tailoring her treatments to the individual client.
Carol is a tutor and examiner in therapeutic massage, aromatherapy and reflexology, a lecturer on aromatherapy/reflexology in the workplace and is also the in-house aromatherapist for Sussex Health Care (homes for adults with severe learning difficulties). She is also the aromatherapy consultant for the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists and a member of the following organisations:
- The Aromatherapy Council
- The International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists
- The British Complementary Medicine Association
Carol’s latest venture is the opening of a clinic at Wayside Surgery in King's Road, Horley.
Carol’s Qualifications
Carol qualified in aromatherapy in 1991, in therapeutic and sports massage / bodywork in 1994, in reflexology in 1995 and Reiki in 2002.
She added Emotional Freedom Technique to her range of therapies in 2004. EFT is an extremely useful therapy for treating fears and phobias. Further information can be found on the EFT page of this website.
Carol is a Reiki master. Aside from providing Reiki treatments, she also teaches the 3 levels of Reiki to others in a relaxed environment from her home. More information on Reiki can be found on the Reiki page of this website.
Carol has also received a certificate of competence in pathology and has completed a comprehensive course in counselling skills.
