Do you find with the lengthening nights and colder weather you struggle to cope?  I can help you in a number of ways.  First of all I would use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).  This uses tapping on the face and fingers while making an affirmation and is found to be extremely useful in overcoming problems of this type.  I could also use Reiki which is a form of Japanese healing.  It is very gentle but effective and works on both the body and the mind.  I also feel that having a lovely hot stones aromatherapy massage would be great.  With this you obviously benefit from the warmth of the stones and also from the iron they contain.  I would also be using essential oils for this which would be very helpful.
